Can I use layaway on any dress?

Yes! Our layaway program is available for any dress on our site, including in-stock gowns and special orders we place directly with the designer for you.

Why are special orders non-refundable?

Designer prom dresses are produced in limited quantities. When we place a special order for you, we make a financial commitment to the designer who does not accept cancellations. The only exception is if a dress becomes unavailable before we can secure the order, in which case a full refund will be issued.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. You don't need a PayPal account to use PayPal Pay in 4 - you can pay securely with any major card.

What happens if the dress sells out with PayPal Pay in 4?

If a dress sells out before we can place your order (which only happens occasionally with very popular styles), you will be immediately notified and receive a full refund of any payments made.
